We provide services to individuals with a variety of work related barriers including:

  • Displaced workers
  • Individuals new to the workforce
  • Individuals having a physical or mental impairment that causes problems with maintaining or obtaining successful employment
  • Students transitioning to work upon graduation

 Eligibility:

Must have been determined eligible for services by a funding source such as: 

  • Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
  • Department of Veteran’s Affairs
  • Social Security Administration-Ticket To Work Participant

  • Determination of work skills, abilities and career interests through an assessment process
  • Vocational guidance in career choices based on information obtained in assessment
  • Career exploration through research, job shadowing and actual trials on the job task
  • Match up of employment needs and applicant qualifications
  • Identification of job tasks and functions to assist in training
  • On-site job training until job tasks are mastered
  • Job retention supports and services for individuals already employed
  • Transition from school to work services
  • Follow-up services
