Center for Human Services (CHS) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Scott Rupp, M.S., M.B.A., to its Board of Directors. The CHS Board is comprised of accomplished statewide leaders, and Scott’s diverse knowledge and deep commitment to public service will further strengthen CHS’s experienced Board, bringing valuable leadership and strategic insights into the organization.
Scott resides in St. Charles County with his family and offers a unique perspective as a parent of a child with an intellectual and developmental disability. He is a leadership consultant and best-selling author of the book, “I Quit!” with extensive proficiency in guiding organizations and individuals toward strategic success. His distinguished public service career includes serving as a Missouri State Senator and Representative, as well as Chairman of the Missouri Public Service Commission. With his profound understanding of the Eastern region and wealth of insight into autism services and resources currently available, Scott will contribute valuable guidance to CHS’s growing mission in St. Louis County and across the state.
